• You get return instructions by e-mail within one working day.
• Drop the parcel at any Bpost point.
• Refund within 5 working days after we receive it, to the original payment method.

Conditions

The strap must be unworn and in its original packaging. Exchanges for another design are always possible — just mention it in your message.
